PVD Automatic knife loading machine

PVD Automatic Blade Stringing Machine is a fully automated blade stringing equipment designed for the manufacturing of CNC blades. The machine can perform a series of complex automated operations, including automatic blade feeding, intelligent visual inspection and recognition for grasping, automatic blade flipping, automatic bead feeding, and automatic alternating stringing of blades and beads onto the stringing rod. The blade stringing speed can reach over 20 pieces/min, replacing manual assembly and improving work efficiency.
Functional Description:

1.Functional Description:

Blade Tray Feeding: Automatically conveys trays to the processing station.

Vision Inspection: Identifies blade position, orientation, and defects.

Robotic Grasping and Conveying: Precisely grasps and transfers blades.

Blade Flipping: Adjusts blade orientation to meet stringing requirements.

Bead Vibratory Feeding: Orders and supplies beads in sequence.

Stringing Robotic Mechanism: Alternately strings blades and beads onto the rod.

Rod Clamping and Support: Ensures stability during the stringing process.

Stringing Rod Storage: Stores and supplies raw stringing rods.
