1、Material Introduction
1.1、Tungsten rare earth alloy refers to a tungsten alloy composed of tungsten and rare earth oxides. The addition amount of rare earth oxides is generally 0.3% to 4.0%. They exist as dispersed particles in tungsten rare earth alloys, playing a dispersion
strengthening role, improving the high-temperature strength, recrystallization temperature, and high-temperature creep performance of tungsten rare earth alloys.
1.2、Tungsten rare earth alloys also have excellent electronic emission performance, arc erosion resistance, good arc stability and controllability.
1.3、Tungsten rare earth alloys are mainly used as electrodes for arc welding, cutting, and triggering. Depending on their different electrode characteristics,
they can be applied under different usage conditions.
